2. Subscriptions & Payments
Our services are billed on a subscription basis via Stripe ("Billing Cycle"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.
3. Refund Policy (14-Day Guarantee)
We offer a strict 14-day money-back guarantee to ensure your absolute satisfaction with our courses. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the education provided, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase. Refund requests after this period will not be accepted. We process all refunds directly through our payment processor (Stripe).
4. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
